近日，加拿大BC省阳光海岸鲍威尔河地产局（PRSCREB, Powell River Sunshine Coast Real Estate Board）发布了2024年度的第一份的房地产数据报告，下面由老白为大家做具体解读。

 

 

根据该报告显示，2024年1月鲍威尔河Powell River地区共计售出16套住宅物业，包括14套独立屋（Single House）和2套公寓房（Condo/Apartment），该数据比上月的14套及去年同期的12套均略有增加。

 

 

从成交价格来看，Powell River的1月份独立屋平均成交价为$663,361加币，相比去年同期的$642,250加币微升3.3%。从成交时间来说，上述房产的平均售出时间也大幅缩短，从去年同期的99天提速到上月的58天。

 

 

另外，Powell River的1月新上盘物业数量及市场整体存盘量也同步出现大幅反弹。截至1月底，目前的待售物业存盘量为179个，包括124个住宅物业和55个非住宅物业！
